Varela Construction Inc is a family owned commercial & residential construction business with over 30 years of experience servicing the Maryland, Virginia, and Washington DC area. David & Mary Varela founded Varela & Sons Construction LLC in 2004 with a focus on commercial construction specializing in drywall, acoustical ceiling, and metal framing. In 2010, they decided to expand their business into residential construction with a focus on outdoor retreats. Together, they grew Varela & Sons Construction LLC into a reputable subcontractor in the DC Metropolitan area. In 2018, David & Mary decided to evolve the business from a LLC into a corporation, and renamed the company Varela Construction Inc. Varela Construction Inc's vision is to continue providing superior service while guaranteeing quality and professional workmanship within a safe work environment. We believe heavily on doing it right the first time which provides our clients peace of mind. Our dedication and attention to detail to all our projects continues to build confidence and positive reputation with our clients, and continue growing the family legacy in the construction industry.
